  Edit: So I guess that it deserves a story…

  So I was out last Sunday trying to get pictures of the meteor shower, and I decided to go to a lake, as I thought the reflections would be pretty cool. It was 11 PM… in Baltimore… BAD MISTAKE.

  I get to the lake, and I park my car. First off, I wasn’t able to get any meteor shower pics because of the STUUUUPID clouds. What right do they have to ruin my view.. Pfft. Anyway, I leave the keys in the car, and put the top down so that I can pump some tunes as I take take night shots. I proceed to do my ‘thang’ for about 20 minutes or so, when I see, out of the corner of my left eye, the cause of my impending doom.

  Now I must preface the following by saying that I: a) am from San Diego, a land baren from thugs, and b) grew up fairly sheltered.

  I see three HUGE, thuggish-looking people looking at me. They donned gang attire intimidating enough to make John Gotti cower. They stare intently at me, my car and my camera, and proceed to walk towards me. They pause when they get to about 15 feet away from me and converse among themselves while making scary-looking hand gestures, presumably about how to pounce. I wish I could say that I acted like Jack Bauer, but in actuality, I tossed my camera and tripod in my car, jumped in the seat, started the engine, and sped off full tilt. ‘Eat my dust, suckas.’
