Butterfly Landing
Yesterday, I went shooting with Lanh, Chris, Qiao, and Jimmy at the National Arboretum and the US Botanical Gardens.
It was rewarding actually getting inside the arboretum, after last time I tried to go, only to arrive at closing time.
Canon 350D: Canon EF 70-200L @ 200mm, F/4, 1/640 sec, ISO 100

Awesome man, I should have put my 70-200 on. I was shooting with my 24-70 mostly, and couldn’t get that close.
How is the arboretum? never been.. always wanted to go.. but it’s hard to get to. no metro stop is close

Damn, I wish I didn’t have to work that day, but it was great meeting you and Jimmy. Wish I saw the National Aboretum. Also, thank Jimmy for me for letting me borrow his 20D. Next time Uta is in town visiting you, give Qiao and me a call… we could go on a double date and then bust out the cameras. WOOT.
Nice shoot with the butterfly landings. I have so many pictures to post up, I’ll probably be posting for weeks with just the shots I took that day. HA HA.

I love butterflies. I have a friend in Scottland thats aftaid of them.She says she doesn’t know why, she just is. I once said you mean moths right, and she said no, butterflies. Lol, she hated it when I used a butterfly as an avatar for a while^_^.
oh and glad you like those food shots of meat =D. Haha most of those meat pics got rejected actaully, but the redo attempt that I did afterwards turned out better.
