  • Beyond the Wall (Part II)

    Let’s have a redo…

Before, I posted a shot just like this from the Sculpture Garden at Johns Hopkins.
You may like this setting better. This was taken at the National Arboretum when I went with Qiao, Chris, Jimmy, and Lanh.

Hope you like it! As always, thanks very much for all the compliments, comments, and stars.

Image was taken at the National Arboretum I think, though it could have been at the US Botanical Gardens… Either way, I took this shot two weekends ago, while I was photoing with Lanh, Jimmy, Chris, and Qiao. I wanna go photoing again with all of them!

PS. Instead of resizing the pics in my HTML like I was doing for a while, I am resizing now through flickr, since they resize well… I viewed my page in IE, just to look at its resizing algorithm, and it was HORRIBLE (tons of aliasing and other artifacts). I was spoiled by the algorithm in Opera. Anyway, go to my flickr if you want the 864×576 version (1/16 the 3456×2304 native resolution of my camera).

  • Grass in the Wind

This is another shot from the DC National Arboretum. We were walking in a field going toward a pumpkin patch that we never actually got to, and I stopped and HAADDD to snap this shot.
