Did You Say Steak!?
My good friend Paul, his wife, and I split a massive slab of some Psoas Major, a.k.a. Filet Mignon. Let’s see how this turned out…

I like mine with just some garlic salt and pepper. A good cut of meat will stand on its own. Nice pictures.
@ElusiveWords - Totally agreed! All we used was salt and ground pepper. The Filet definitely held its own!
