Chicken, Chicken, Chicken!
So I made some homemade deep fried wings for dinner tonight! What better way to celebrate Spring Break than with artery-clogging goodness, right!!??!
This is what they looked like coming out of the oven!

@happyobligations - Indeed! I don’t own a deep fryer, so I have to get creative and fill a baking pan with oil and go from there using the oven on Broil. And yeah, I prefer my wings Buffalo Style, rather than breaded wings.

Sister likes to bake them, seasoned with that adobo mix that comes out of a packet, and they come out looking something like that.

@n_e_i_l - I suppose that’s a healthier way of achieving the same effect, haha. I should try adding the adobo seasoning powder. I have some in a cupboard somewhere…
