@I_love_Burma - Hey, the pics may make the steak look small, but the slab is nearly 2-inches thick, and it’s about 15 oz of Filet! Perhaps because of the relatively smallish dinner, though, I had a good amount of bulgogi for brunch!
It looks delicious … was it medium rare?

I knew it! Haha You think I cannot compare the size of the filet with the size of the knife?
