@n_e_i_l -  Nevvaarrrrr!! I refuse to believe! Sadly I heard about the elevated risk from L-Carnitine a few weeks ago. I have tapered down somewhat, but life’s not worth living without a good steak.

@The_Girl_In_The_Other_Room -  I wish. Then, I would be self-sufficient. Sadly it was from some restaurant I went to last year with some friends from the community service group I spent a lot of time working with over the last few years. For the time being, I get my quesadilla fix from Taco Bell. Don’t laugh, but their Steak Quesadillas are amazing.
